    Ok so hi ! Its been summer and im really insecure about my body! I'll try this workout twice a day for 5 days! Im 40 kg right now and my goal is 37! DISCLAIMER since im doing this only for 5 days im gonna eat healthier and less for better results
    •Day one | I did the work out one time cuz I also did one and a half thighs workout it has tiring but no pain no gain ✅
    •Day two | i did it twice! Once at the morning and then at evening tiring but less than yesterday ☺️✅

    Day 1 ✅ – Done this workout with Chloe's workout and sweating a Lott👁️
    Day 2 ✅ – Done and while I measured weight I was 47.9 😚hurray

    Avoiding food not diet: (sugery things except soda taking a glass of it for the whole day, all oily things, avoiding full dinner just filly stomach 40%in dinner 80%in breakfast 60%lunch, high carb food, but uncooked eating vegetable)
