1) Watermelons and melons, in general, are amongst the fruits with the highest sugar content. Watermelon is high on the glycemic index and contains very little fiber. Try pairing it with low GI, high fiber fruits.
2) Pineapples are very high in sugar content, 100grams of pineapple could flood about 10 grams of sugar into your bloodstream. One cup of pineapple will give you over 100% of your daily recommended vitamin C.
3) Bananas are high in carbohydrates, and one medium-sized banana has around 14 grams of sugar. One banana also gives you about 10% of your daily recommended intake of fiber.
4) 1 date alone will give you around 18 grams of carbs and nearly 70 calories. Dates also come packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory flavonoids as well as carotenoids.
5) Mangoes are amongst the most dangerous fruits for diabetics to consume. One cup of mangoes contains about 23 grams of sugar and 100 calories.
6) Dried fruits may seem like a healthy snack, but by removing the water content of these fruits, the sugar content becomes highly concentrated.

I thank my God for the food and eat.
Good day. I just want to ask if you are referring to ripe mango only? Or even unripe mango is high in sugar?
Thank you so much for the information, I'm diabetic and struggling with what to eat and what not to eat, especially with fruits. God bless you
Thank you for sharing this health issue I appreciated
Not only diabetes but also in cancee

Moderation- Moderation 😋
You can eat fruits in moderation but it would be safer if you eat veggies rich in fiber before eating any kind of fruits including those tagged as worst fruits for diabetics
15 minutes to tell me 5 foods not to eat….im outta here…read the comments and saved myself 14 minutes of pure Shite talk….
My friend passed away knock down by car not eating fruits.
Lots of inaccurate and misleading information here. For example, watermelons are mostly water and have a low Glycemic Load. Mangoes have a medium GI but also a low Glycemic Load. Any fruit, or indeed any food, consumed in excess is bad.
Good for even diabetes .
How can we avail the free gift specially the super foods for diabetes
Many years ago we were taught to avoid healthy foods like fruits and veggies. It is more about portion size and glycemic index.
The body knows what to do with natural sugar. Its the processed crap the causes problems
My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. But thank God for this piece of article https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i At first he thought he had the flu and was lying down on the bed for three days until his sister took him to the hospital. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.
Thanks a lot par.
I loved my mango juice b4 I got diabetes, now I knew where I went wrong 😢😢😢
I've been told to eat a banana 1 hour before bed helps you to sleep better, because potassium relaxes your muscles, especially if you find it hard to go to sleep.
All of them.
