  14. UnimpressedGojira

What's worse is now, they're now using eye-candy (alla a super model xD) to further incentivize people in their "trade secret for fat loss" in their new ad. Like, seriously?

    What a f*ckin joke.

  15. filmzen

I'm here because I just saw this ad VERBATIM but with this 20 something blonde "influencer" chick.

  16. Lime

I was really excited but this doctor just talked bs and made an ad for his medicine or smth

  17. Mary Barina

I have been drinking ACV for years and I still have belly fat ??

  18. Roberto Quai

If the active ingredient is acetic acid, is there any correlation to other vinegars, ie red wine vinegar.

  19. Wanda Arnt

Thank You cheers from Pennsylvania Blessings 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🙏🙏

  20. Tammy C

I have heard that ACV can lower your potassium. How much per day is safe to use before it has the potassium lowering affect?

  21. Connie Limon

how much in normal everyday measurements like it is a tablespoon per 8 ounces of water or 1 tsp. per 8 ounces of water

  22. Rick Jando

So people want to lose weight ?
Go and do some real WORK and get those lily white hands dirty !

  23. Cliff Etzel

I make a "cocktail" of 2 tblsp of fresh Lime Juice, 30ml of Apple Cider Vinegar, Redmond Salt, a little pure Reb-A 98% stevia and 12oz of filtered water – the taste of vinegar is reduced to a palatable level. I will also do straight shots of Cider Vinegar with a little filtered water if I'm feeling adventurous 🤣

  24. D M

Is Apple CYDER vinegar good? Does it have the same benefits?

  25. John Peter

I take it with water. It helps if I don't smell the glass as it comes to my mouth. 😃

  26. M

Is it ok to dilute the ACV with a full glass of water, or does it need to be more concentrated?

  27. Charlie P

Hey Dr. Becky! This video was very informative. I have a question. Based on the studies you referenced, to get the most ACV benefit for lowering cholesterol, regulating blood sugar, etc, I want to be clear on the right dosage to take each day that would be most effective/maximum benefit, but also safe (not hurt tooth enamel and to not hurt the stomach). You mentioned that the studies recommended 30ml (2 tablespoons) 1-2 times a day. To get the most benefits I'd like to try 2 tablespoons, twice a day but I noticed that in your video where you were trying different ways to make ACV more palatable, you were using 1 tablespoon of ACV diluted in water. Here's my question…is it safe to drink 2 tablespoons of ACV diluted in 8 oz of water and drink that twice per day, one glass right before breaking the fast and one glass after dinner, before bed? Thanks! Charlie

  28. Buddyelvis1-2022

It's a nasty 🤢 🤮 taste but when you have a wife and my four girlfriends all living with me, I have to stay heart healthy.
