    In my opinion, for a total newbie, Jeremy Ethier's Beginner (not intermediate) programs is superior to the Jeff Nippard's Fundamental Hypertrophy program.

    Jeff's program is very simple and basic, he provides 3 different routines to choose from but that is pretty much it. In Jeff's program, he says that this program is good for up to 2 years of continuous training which puts it in the intermediate experience category, he also expects you to have some experience and know how to perform every exercises he provide in his routines, and also, the videos explaining a lift he provides are a bit messy imo. The good thing is that he provides 3 different routines that you can choose from depending on your needs, however, in my opinion they are not all suited/adapted to total beginners, but you could adapt it yourself. You are also on your own diet wise and tracking wise. In my opinion, as a total beginner, you might find yourself lost with this one.

    Jeremy's Beginner program is way way more complete and suited to total beginners. It provides you with all the information needed and way more, the routine is adapted to total beginners with a Phase 1 and then it adds more volume over time with Phase 2 with tracking sheets. He provides very good explanations for each lift with images and videos, you also get access to a very active Facebook private community where you can ask questions, see people's progress and more. Even tho Jeremy is not a nutritionist or a dietitian, he provides you with good basic diet and nutrition information and recommendations for your needs and tracking sheets. And on top of that, he now provides HOME exercises routines in case you don't have access to a gym. In there you'll find 3 different routines depending on your equipment (Bodyweight only, Resistance Band only and Dumbell routines and plans). In my opinion, as a total beginner, you will be very happy with this one.

    Since Jeff Nippard doesn't have the diet included in his hypertrophy program, excluding RP diet app what program/app you suggest and would it go well with the hypertrophy program?

    Hi mate, I just found your channel and love your videos. I have a question: I have been going to the gym for about 6 years and have seen progress but it is incredibly slow. I am 18, still at college but I really want to learn – in depth – about how to train better, ive had enough of watching others at the gym and watching the odd YouTube video.     I felt very similar doing bbg. Honestly dreaded every workout it’s just not the style I like and I hated it. I do love pwr and pwr at home with Kelsey wells on the app though and now they have so many trainers and I love being able to throw a hiit workout in once a week or barre or yoga etc. pwr at home is my favorite program it’s just the only one I am able to stick with and look forward to the workouts

    In order to gain more muscle, there are only two things to consider: training and a good diet. Thankfully, we have Agoge Diet that provides both training and diet plan. Try not to visit their website. Trust me, you can't.
