Which shade guide do you use for Zoom? My office uses vita shade but I feel it’s not the right one to figure out how many shades the teeth got lighter. Also, any tips on storage and handling of the bleaching gel? My office has put the gel in the fridge but sometimes it still comes out runny instead of a gel.

What they didn’t show is that a ‘dental dam’ had to be wedged up into your gums around each tooth for additional protection. Let me tell you…it sucked!!! But once that’s done, the results are amazing!
I regret this procedure after getting my braces removed as she said there are many (harmful) chemicals involved. My enamel was thinned out and now I suffer from very sensitive teeth 😕. I can't even handle Sensodyne, Imo a good deep cleaning is more than enough without the pain and suffering.
