3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc red onions, sliced
2 pc tomatoes, sliced
1 cup munggo beans
1 cup malunggay leaves

Procedure:
In a pan with hot oil, cook the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside and shred.
Using the same pan, saute garlic and onions followed by the tomatoes.
Add your munggo beans and fill with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 40 minutes or until the beans are mashable. Add your malunggay and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Egg Wrap

3 pc eggs
1 pc cucumbers, cut in half and sliced

Sorry girl, you might be right on diabetes 1, but don't give advice on diabetes 2. The body does NOT need carbs at all. Many small meals will NOT stabilize your glucose levels, you will have spikes and drops in glucose and your body will not get any rest. During intermittent fasting your body has time to heal. All grains including rice, corn, wheat and oats. Get your information straight
