My name is Richard Hall. I prefer Rick. I am a thoracic medical oncologist treating patients with cancers that arise in the chest cavity. The majority of thoracic cancers are cancers such as lung cancer. There are some less common cancers, such as mesothelioma, and then cancers that arise from a gland called the thymus. Non-small cell lung cancer is the most common type of lung cancer. Small-cell lung cancer is the less common one but actually a more aggressive type of lung cancer.

The biggest advances in treating lung cancers have been the discovery of new therapies, some of which are drugs called immunotherapy. Some of which are drugs that are pills that help treat the cancer’s genetics, specifically, this little DNA within the cancer cells. Sometimes we combine immunotherapy with chemotherapy.

We’ve seen many studies, really since 2017 and 2018, that have really revolutionized the treatment of lung cancer. And we’re seeing much better outcomes for patients as a result of those studies. Of course, many patients want to know what they can expect with their treatment for survival. And so we often have a lot of real honest and thoughtful conversations about what they can expect and what the goals of their treatment are.

What sets us apart at UVA, especially with regard to treating lung cancer, is our ability to offer cutting-edge clinical trials. The clinical trials are, and have been, critically important in how we improve our outcomes for patients. Clinical trials are really how we study a new treatment and hopefully improve patients’ ability to live longer, and better.

Does anyone still doubt natural herbs? I have seen the great importance of natural herbs and the wonderful work they have done in people's lives. I wonder why people still spend their money on surgeries, injections, and medications every time they get sick. Natural herbs can cure all kinds of diseases, including, prostatitis, herpes, diabetics, asthma, cancer, hepatitis, etc. I have seen it with my own eyes. I was cured of lung cancer,And my sister and her husband was also cured of irritable bowel syndrome by Dr,Ayes who uses natural herbs to cure different types of illnesses. Even Ayes proved to the whole world that natural herbs can cure all diseases and he healed countless people using natural herbs. I know it's hard to believe, but I am a living testimony. There is nothing wrong with trying herbs. Contact him via (drayesherbalmedicine@gmail.com) or WhatsApp +2349028032485.Come and thank me later
