    # Low carb …fiber and protein rich breakfast (chia,celery,eggs..etc)
    # Whole carbs and fruit, salads,meats and more celery for lunch
    # Veg and a smallish serve of good protein for dinner…more celery…
    40g of fiber per day
    2-3 L of water per day
    2 grams of protein per 1kg of your weight
    Fats to a minimum and be careful of snacking on walnuts….
    Medication at meals…breky/dinner..
    Do your calorie maintaining count and stay under it..e.g. My maintenance calorie intake is 3300,so I eat between 2500 and 3300..closer towards the lower end of 2500..
