    Morning Jeff, see thats amazing before you put up the macros I looked at that breakfast an went "Oh no thats full of carbs and wil kill my calorie count for the daybut than I sa that I was 500 calories and now im thinking why am i starving myself with 2 bouled eggs every morning.. I havent fogured out how to meal prep .. thats my problem

    But you know also we all work have a family to Fred has 2 job and still trying to workout and be in good shape so my question is what about people like us why would I invest into your book if your life style and mine is definitely not at the same standards your kitchen is the size of my entire apartment..
