How diabetics should take care during coronavirus – Doctors Advice

After getting full medical check up, I got my 2 dose Pfizer vaccine. now waiting for Booster shot.

99% Doctors giving these advise to all diabetic patients, its wrong, I have been checking my diabetic from 11 mmgm now to 4.9, I dont insist sleep in a MUST , I only take swimming and cyling 150 min per week. I remove all bread and rice from my diet , Daily Breakfast I have removed it between 7 am to 1 noon ( if at all very hungry – I take keto chocolate nut bar one pcs) at noon I take any type of vegetables ( egg plant, coliflour gravy) mix with boiled peas or many types of chick peas. Dinner I take similar but verities legume .
