GESTATIONAL DIABETES MEAL PLAN | 32 WEEKS PREGNANT
I wanted to share what I’m eating a day with gestational diabetes controlled on diet. It was a shock when I was diagnosed because I didn’t have it for my first pregnancy. After I understood it was related to the placental hormones and was given a diet to follow. I started feeling better but initially, I felt quite sick with the change of diet, but I hadn’t started taking BSLs, so I’m not sure what they were. If I wasn’t eating enough carbohydrates???
Once I started taking blood glucose levels, then I had a far better understanding about what increases my blood sugar levels and when was the best time of the day to exercise for 30 minutes. Any questions please feel free to ask, but this is my experience I am not a doctor, diabetes educator or dietician.

● ABOUT MY CHANNEL ●
————————————————-
I created this channel as I love creating crafts and DIYs. I wanted to share and inspire others with quick and simple step by step tutorials.

When my daughter was born, I want to capture memories of her growing up.
I am blessed to have the most supportive first time Mums Group- where we share and provide ideas for meals and snacks as well as activities to entertain our little ones. So that is what my channel has become a SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY OF MUMS where I share ideas and our lives. I keep it real, not perfect.
This channel is a kind, positive and supportive place. Each family is different and has different needs, but here I share what works for ours. You do what works for yours. xxx

First test came back high, having 3 hr test in two days. My last ultrasound baby was bigger than normal and I noticed weird ridges on fingernail symptom for uncontrolled diabetes. Did anyone else experience this?

I am 11 weeks, first baby after 4 years of trying.. just found out today that my blood sugar is high.. I got so scared and cried came home saw your video and now feeling a little less anxious. Luckily I am in Australia so I can hopefully buy all the food items you were using. Your video gives me hope that I will be able to get through it. I wish the doctors can give the patients some reassurance that it's not the end of the world if you have abnormal blood results.

Is this not too much bread for you? I am having just one slice of toast and few more carbs and I feel like my blood sugar is raising too much… lucky you 😅
