This is the most fat burning exercise. İ tried so many different videos and this made me burn the most calories. With a healthy diet I lost 18 pounds and 15 inches in a month. 8 inches only from waist! Just keep doing it. You'll be amazed how your body adjusts to it after a few times.

I invented a trick to make it a bit easy, for me the 3rd and last groups are most challenging so i do swap fly jacks with ventral jacks( group 2) and last jumping jacks in high knee jacks and believe me its much more bearable 😀

I tried this workout several weeks ago and injured my back while doing the jumping jacks. For several weeks I couldn't even jump or walk up some stairs without feeling a sharp sensation in my back. I settled to doing low impact workouts, a few times a week. Now, my back is fine and today I've returned to this video – I was so happy that I was able to do the jumping jacks. I only lasted about 8 minutes on my first day. I'll be doing updates as I continue this workout. My goal for the end of this month is to be able to do all 37 minutes without taking a break or modifying the moves. My only other goal is to improve every day – i.e I have to increase my time each day. I can't do 8 minutes today and 6 minutes tomorrow, for instance. I believe that the results e.g weight loss and muscles, will come with it
First day: 8 minutes
Third day: 10 minutes
I'll be gone on vacation for several days, I'm hoping to reach 15 minutes when I return.
