    Peso ideal: 57 kg
    Dia 1: Não consegui chegar até o final (fiz 35 minutos). Comecei a me sentir tonta e enjoada, meu coração ficou acelerado e meus ombros começaram a doer muito x_x
    Dia 2 Consegui fazer os exercícios até o final do vídeo o/ (quase morrendo, na intensidade baixa, mas consegui)

    I was diagnosed with Morton’s Neuroma in both feet first thing if 2021. After all other non surgical interventions failed to resolve the issue, I eventually had to have surgery in March, and June this year in both feet to remove the nerves. I’m so thankful I found you, Caroline Jordan, Donavan Green, and others to help me stay fit and active throughout this whole process.
    It’s funny because when I went in for my second surgery, the nurse told me: “You have athletes vitals.” All I had been doing for the past 8 months or so was low impact/chair workouts! They are no joke!
    I’m still not fully recovered and it’s going to take some time. (Looks like there is scar tissue that needs to be broken up) Needless to say, thank you for your workouts!! 💪💪💪

    i was overweight once upon a time, tried lots of diets, slimming pills and teas, none of them worked, fortunately someone actually recommended agoge diet to me, never been happy with my weight loss journey
