Just do both properly. If you're over 30 cardio is important too for lungs and heart. It's not only about burning calories

150mins of moderate cardio and 75mins of vigorous cardio a week? Seems a bit excessive. Surely you should adjust your cardio/strength training needs according to your physical goals.
Weightlifting is better imo if you do it properly you already get all the exercise you need.
I am already doing cardio workout by playing soccer everyday. Then should I focus on only strength training now?

I am eating super healty for a month,With some basic home training push up,jumping jacks, all the basic things i do go on a bicle once in a while and lost around 9 kilo. i weighted 107 im at 97.4 since today, I also feel so much better in my body my aim is to reach around 92-93 kilos before the end of the year. And after that il have another goal. Sorry if my english sucks.
