    I had to pause it 2xs but I used to be able to do it all the way through. I took 2 weeks off to heal from my massive arm tattoo I just got.. it's funny how quickly our bodies change and adapt what was easy yesterday is now hard today and vice versa

    I’ve been following your workouts for roughly 4-6 years, and this one is one of my favorites.
    Yesterday I was following another workout by a different YouTube channel, and I just couldn’t follow it, it wasn’t the YouTube channels fault, but I was struggling to follow their video and was in tears because I felt so defeated.
    Doing this today really helped me feel better, truly. Your videos are so simply to the point, no music that’s makes hearing you difficult, no overly complicated movements, just right to the point. And it really really helped me feel better.
