Ok but how do you portion all of this to not pass the 75g carb count? All of this is for sure, not in a 75 range. It already says 6 on the one package.

Hi! Foods to avoid including whole fruits and rolled oats?? Wow.
How is fruits and oats unhealthy? I know it has carbs and sugar in it, but fruits and oats are also very high in fibre. High fibre foods is what diabetics need in their diet. Because fibre slows down the release of sugar from food, thus does not cause spike in insulin levels. It is usually low glycemic index foods. Even sweet dates fruit (surprisingly has low GI value) is good for diabetics when eating in moderation (not more than 3 a day), and research has proven dates fruit doesn't increase blood sugar levels in diabetes patients.
Diabetes patients still need carbohydrates and sugar in their diet for energy, and we don't need to eliminate it completely, we just need to choose complex carbohydrates. That's the difference.
