    This is so odd. I literally just watched another one of Mike's videos titled "The truth about the inner chest" where he states categorically that you can't target different areas of the chest. In this video he repeatedly says you need to vary your pulls to "target different fibres"

    I’ve been doing this workout which is a 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 squats but ima add this to it and I’m gonna start to add pull ups as most of this is just muscle memory for me as I used to do a lot of these but stopped two months ago so now I’m trying to get back into it.

    Second rep : a lot easier but those chest flys hurt badly cus my arms ache
