    Just started following this workout , today was my third day , I’v tried workouts before but they weren’t easy to follow and I got confused , but this one finding it so easy to follow and actually keep up after only 3 days , also love the fact they use “bigger guys /girls “ who are also working on themselves and not some already fit gym people thanks for this 🙏🏻

    I am happy to report that I am 155 pounds today! Hard workings bring results. You workout is very good, but noises that you doing make it harder, not easier! Encourage people to smile! It making easier!

    Day 6…I can't believe how dedicated I've been. This is a familiar work out for me. When I was a kid my parents would go to a gym and this was in the 80s, so aerobics were very popular than. And I watched and participated too some days. Then as a teenager I had to go to physical therapy and I remembered all the work outs there. It was a lot of muscle resistance so I could strengthen my muscles around my messed joints. So I'm also doing that again but nothing gets me as hype as body project. I work out to this everyday now. I only wish I had a scale so I could keep up with my weight loss.

    Just started on this yesterday, ached so bad this morning but I did it again and feel much better was harder as was aching a lot but gunna keep on going. I'm 25 years old, 5ft 10 and weigh in around 19st 10lb so trying to get down to atleast 18 to start and then keep on going after that!

    Last year 2021 i was loosing a lot of weight by eating better and going to the gym but after a tragedy left me and my family in shock. I started gaining the weight back again and again but now I’m going back to where I started…this video. I completed the whole workout today I’m feeling great after. I will keep updating

    First workout in 2 years, sitting at around 320 lbs at the moment. Stopped halfway through, thought I was done, came back after 10 minutes reading the comments here! and finished it with enough energy left to get on the bike and make it through a Kaleigh Cohen 20 min beginner video. Surprised myself and this is due to your motivation and encouragement even though I know it's not for me specifically, it really kept me going. If I can put a few days together and keep a routine I'll definitely be looking at a membership, thank you for this great start.
