Starting off with the ultimate American comfort food, macaroni and cheese doesn’t just fill your heart but also your soul. Diabetics are recommended to avoid this because of the high salt content which makes the heart race at unhealthy levels. 4. Tacos

    I can’t stop thanking and recommending Dr IGUDIA on YouTube to everyone who suffers from Diabetes disease because I was once suffering from it too, But with the help of Dr IGUDIA I was able to get rid of my diabetes totally with his herbs medication.

    They should have said Diabetes type 2 both in the video and title since when they say that you have to give up sweets when you become diabetic is only for type 2 diabetes. People with type 1 diabetes can still eat sweets ( Not sugar soda ) but they just have to take a little more insulin, eating healthy is making it easier to control the blood sugar but that doesn't mean that it's necessary to cut out all sugar and carbohydrates. But since type 2 diabetes comes from unhealthy eating habits they would most likely need to cut out sugar.

    I found that making a pizza with whole grain or protein-rich tortillas works very well. Results in an extremely thin crust (might want to pan-roast it from both sides for a minute or two so it's more crispy, although it does work without that), and choosing the right tortillas lets you control how much carbs/fiber it has. My go-to small meal version has about 300 calories and fairly low fat and carbs. Tastes great too.

    Some of this was literally ridiculous. Granted, some is common sense but where the hell do you find a fried burger and whole wheat pasta can spike you as high as plain pasta.

    This needs to be clear, this pertains to type 2 diabetics mainly. My son is type 1 which is by far more serious then type 2, and this advice does not pertain to him so much. Plus he gets allot of excercise which helps significantly. Most type 2 diabetics need to stop with the sugar, fried food and bread overload and get exercise and it can be reversed. Which is not how it works for type 1.

    Some of us can’t eat salad because we don’t have teeth because of diabetes now I love salads but because I don’t have any taste I can’t eat salad like other people so what I do is I have my daughter make my salad much like a tabouli she puts my greens and my vegetables in a food processor and just pulse is it two or three times until it’s small enough for me to eat and it’s quite yummy and she makes all of my dressings from scratch and you can add anything to your salad just like you would if you had teeth cheese cranberries whatever

    How about a wilted salad . Take greens steam down , then sprinkle apple cider vinegar and little butter or olive oil salt and pepper . It’s a good way to get some green food into diet .
