This video is totally no sense, random advanced exercise listed with a lot of mistakes during execution
Your body weight exercise form is perfect but your form with a barbell is way off and gonna give injuries to people copying your form.
This was absolutely horrible advice.
The barbell movements were all wrong without any explanation to why they are done.
The calisthenics look cool but who the hell is doing muscle ups or handstand push ups?.
Plus you've then push ups next to barbell bench press?.
Calisthenics can build a great physique but this list was absolutely trash advice.
No mention of diet/programming/progressive overload.
Basic barbell and dumbell movements would get you much further.

I recommend trying the Agoge Diet if you want to build muscle as fast as possible. It worked amazing for me.
I worked out for years thinking I was a hard gainer, but the reallity is I just had a poor. I then tried the Agoge Diet, and started seeing much faster and better results.
A muscle up is not going to be good 😂, most people won't be able to do it and each muscle that is used time under tension is so minimal 🤦♂️

This video kinda sucks, I wonder who he thinks his target audience is. "Moving on to one finger handstand pushups, this is the best exercise for growing your shoulder muscles, proven to increase hypertrophy….". Surely this is a joke lmao

This information is wrong. Jonni Shreve just cameout with a video about this list. Terrible advice especially for beginners. Best thing for building muscle is weights and resistance training.
