Hey…Jess
It's my 5th month of pregnancy ..can I do it or not?
Hi Jess, thank you so much for sharing this workout, I am 30 weeks pregnant and been diagnosed with GD. I was wondering are all of these exercises safe to do in the 3rd trimester
I'm 6.5 months and man my belly's growing ! Thank you so much for your videos I love all of them !
Is that safe for 34 weeks pregnant?
I am 21 weeks and have mild Gd but i really want to do this exercise.
Hi Jessica! I am 33 weeks pregnant and I have gestational diabetes. I exercise (yoga, pilates, walking) regularly and able to maintain normal blood sugar levels during the day, but my fasting blood sugar levels are always higher than they should be ( 94-99). My doctor wants me to keep them under 90, so I exercise before I go to bed and don't eat several hours before I go to sleep, and I take medications, but nothing seems to work. Do you have any suggestions on why it happens and how to manage my blood sugars at night? Thank you so much for any input. I truly enjoy all your videos!

Thank you so much for this amazing exercises! I had GDM for my last pregnancy, am 25 weeks far along and will have my glucose test tomorrow..No not sure if will have GDM again, but your yoga & pilates energize me everyday ❤️
Hi hello how much month pregnant women and where are you now and my mother do this exercise bye
I am currently in my 3rd trimester and I've been exercising this Video since my second trimester due to my GD and eating healthy filipino food to control it.. 'I really love this exercise.
This video saved my home birth. I was diagnosed with GD late at 35 weeks. Had to log 4 straight weeks of fasting blood sugars below 90 every morning for the OB to sign off on my homebirth. Even with a highly restricted keto diet, this workout was the thing that finally got them in the 80s every time!! So thankful I could do it 9 months pregnant. And it was a wonderful smooth labor and birth despite a 9.5 lb baby !

31weeks pregnant, you've been such a huge part in my pregnancy journey. sending lots of love <3
This is one of the best pregnancy workouts I’ve found. I’m in my 3rd trimester and I wish I would have found it sooner! Thank you!
I just took my glucose screen test and was over by only 3 points. 😥 I usually did HIIT workouts pre pregnancy 5-6 days a week but now I’m down to 2 days and trying to pick it up again. Your workouts are just what I needed! Thank you💕
Really enjoyed this workout! I’m working from home and 26w pregnant, your videos are ideal for me. Thank you!
Thank you my coach 😍
This one is my favorite so far of your prenatal workouts. Although they're all great. Thank you!
Hello. I tries your HIIT workout for a week and it was very effective to reduce my blood sugar after meal. But it s been 2 days it is rising my blood sugar instead right after exercice.
Is it because HIIT doesnt work for me? What should I do instead? I m very frustrated 😔😔
I have high suger in pregnancy . How to i control ? Help
Hi Jessica. I love your videos. I wish I had found them during my last pregnancy! Thanks again 😊
Found your channel when I was 28 weeks pregnant and my baby hasn’t turned. I am glad that I found your channel, now I am 31 weeks my baby has turned upside down, but I am now jumping to GD exercise and starching videos. Cannot wait to begin the postpartum part of it!!! Again thanks for sharing all these exercises 😊
Beautiful workouts, I can't tell you how thankful I am for all your videos, and especially the GD ones as I have been trying to keep my blood sugars in check as much as possible. Thank you for all the resources as well! To answer your question, not forgetting to have a good time now means not obsessing about the blood levels, and enjoying my pregnancy moment to moment, enjoying my husband, and being thankful for all the pleasures and privileges that I have, considering it is also the time of COVID. It's been such an intense year, in both challenging and beautiful ways. So taking things lightly and including laughter and play is so important!
