    For anyone else who has to write a brief summary on this for Gym…modify as needed, I deliberately refrained from making this too elaborate:
    Your heart, or cardiovascular system, is an area of the body that is greatly strengthened from physical activity. Physical activity also helps you maintain a healthy weight, as well as to gain more lean body mass, while dropping excess weight. The importance of physical exercise cannot be understated – it is something that all should do in order to keep their body in the best shape that it can be. Keeping your body in shape results in several benefits, some of which affect your overall health and fitness. When you do exercise, your fitness level will increase, meaning that you have greater muscular strength and endurance, as well as range of motion. Improved health is something that everyone should strive for, and getting physical activity will help with that. From improving your mood and sleep quality to letting you have more self-esteem, the benefits of physical activity range far and wide
